2oz ALL POINTS WEST GRAIN & MALT POT STILL WHISKEY

¼ oz simple syrup

½ tsp soda

2 dashes Bittermens Transatlantic bitters

1 Maraschino cherry

Stir whiskey, syrup, soda and bitters in serving glass; add block of ice, stir 20 seconds; add Maraschino cherry; serve.

¼ oz honey

½ tsp warm water

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 orange peel

Stir first 4 ingredients in serving glass until dissolved; add large ice cube, stir for 20 seconds; express one orange peel and leave in as garnish.
